At ZestMode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, flavor pods (refills) that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at td.iebi59454@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

     

Shipping Costs

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

     

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at td.iebi59454@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
